Exchange & Return Policy (سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع)

Dear Valued Customer,

Our main goal is your satisfaction while maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards. Kindly note the following:

Returns:
We offer an “On the Spot” return and exchange policy.
Please check your order upon delivery. You may ask the courier to wait for up to 10 minutes to try the item and make your decision.

* If you choose to return the item, only the shipping fees will be charged.
* Returns are not accepted if the order is taken without trying it during delivery.

Exchanges:

• In case of exchange, shipping fees for both deliveries will be applied.
  * Please contact us immediately to request the replacement item.
  * If there is a defect from our side, you will not be charged for the second shipping.
•   Splitting the order is not allowed.   هدفنا الأساسي هو رضاك مع الحفاظ على جودة المنتجات ومعايير النظافة. برجاء الالتزام بما يلي

  الاسترجاع:
  نوفر سياسة “المعاينة عند الاستلام”.
  يمكنك فتح الطلب وتجربته أثناء وجود المندوب (في مدة لا تتجاوز 10 دقائق).

  * في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط.
  * لا يمكن قبول الاسترجاع في حالة استلام الطلب بدون تجربته أثناء التوصيل.

  الاستبدال:

  * في حالة الاستبدال يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن للطلبين.
  * يرجى التواصل معنا فورًا لتحديد المنتج البديل.
  * في حالة وجود عيب من جانبنا، لا يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن مرة أخرى

    لا يُسمح بتجزئة الطلب. يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل أو إرجاعه بالكامل
